Magneto-sensitive proximity switch VEW DCHS 1004 RED

Product description

The VEW redesign of the DCHS 1004 can be used plug-and-play instead
of the original module.
The function is that of a magneto-sensitive proximity switch with three
independent outputs that can switch loads up to 0.5A.
The magneto-sensitive component (Hall sensor) is located in a raised
position in a 1x1cm cavern on the mounting surface of the module. The
mounting surface is equipped on four sides with oblong holes for M4 with
washer. The degrees of freedom of the slotted holes allow for an
adjustment of the assembly with regard to the ideal alignment of the Hall
sensor to the magnetic field. An air gap of 3mm between the Hall sensor
and the magnetic field is easy to bridge.
The supply voltage is 24VDC ±20%. Two outputs switch the
"load" between +24V and 0V when the Hall sensor is activated.
The third output has a negated function as a normally open contact.
The normally open contact additionally activates a relay with a potential-free
normally closed contact.
Activation is indicated by a green LED going out.
The red LED serves as an operation indicator.
The module is hermetically sealed and carries a free connection cable with
a length of 22 cm.
The connection strands with 0.25mm² are color coded as follows:

    1     white    +24V
    2     brown
    3     green    closer
    4     yellow    opener                                       opener (loop)
    5     gray       opener
    6     pink
    7     blue      0V
